Stonegate North Villages is unique in that the district, rather than the HOA, owns and operates multiple facilities across the community. In addition, through its partnership with neighboring Stonegate Village, residents can access those facilities as well.

In addition, residents must live within the boundaries of Stonegate North Villages and acquire a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) to use the secure facilities within the district. The partnership use agreement with neighboring Stonegate Village Metropolitan District (SVMD) allows for SVMD residents to also acquire a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) in order to use the secured facilities.
